This is a nice Tactical Locking Folder manufactured by Frost Cutlery. It measures 4 1/2 inches closed and 8 inches opened, about 1 inch in width and less than 3/4 of an inch thick including the belt clip. Black coated stainless steel blade with "Law Enforcement" and a badge embossed on the blade. Blue composition handle with a black slotted grip. Adjustable tension setting for the blade. Lanyard hole.
