Our place is a 2 bed 1.5 bath 2 story town home located @ Cabrillo Palisades very close to the 163 & 805. Here's the deal, we are closing on a house in June & can't get out of the last 2 months of our lease. We are looking for someone to take over our lease for 2 months, if you want to renew later you can. Our rent is $1325.00. If you want to keep the garage it is an extra $75 a month. It is a very pet friendly community, all sizes, almost all breeds, $45 extra a month for a pet. $600 security deposit has already been paid for by us, when the lease is over you can keep it. Could move in as early as June 23rd (June already paid for) We need to move out ASAP!!!!!
