We are looking for a roommate to move in to the house we rent. It is a three bedroom house in Normal Heights-one bedroom will be available starting July 1st -possibly a few days earlier if needed. There are three of us living there currently but one person is changing jobs and moving to Los Angeles at end of June. Looking for a person to take over his vacated room— You would be moving in with a male and female (non-couple) who are in the upper 20’s as well as two cats. Your share of the rent would be $620. You would also be responsible for 1/3rd of the water, SDGE, and basic cable bills. There is a backyard, a washer and dryer, two bathrooms, three parking spots total on side of house; very central location--minute saway from I-805 and I-8Pet(s) are fine as long as they will get along with our two cats.
